BRAVO ! Congratulations to those who made this happen. All local and state officials should be doing this kind of thing ... while reminding the bloated federal government that the money they are 'giving' is being stolen from our children and grandchildren.
My school district self-funded its lunch program, without any federal subsidies. It is possible, more districts need to do it.
