. That investigation led to six convictions, ranging from misconduct in office for campaigning on county time to stealing from a veterans fund. Walker was not charged, and that investigation was shut down in March 2013.
It should be noted that Walker himself figured out the money was missing from the Veterans' Fund and got the ball rolling to find out what happened. He is the hero of that story.

Just so others are aware, this paper, like most papers, is left. This article doesn’t answer questions, but is more geared to giving talking points to the progressives in Wisconsin. This explains why their subscriptions are going down.
