The “pro-russian civilian” in cammo pants at 00:48 is wearing a jacket that says “SPETZNAZ” on the back. Just saying.

There was at least one guy in that crowd (the one in digital camo pants) with what appears to be a sidearm. The crowd was pretty noisy, although overtly violent in the film shown.

Seems to me like warning shots gone awry. Happens sometimes when you are in Ukraine agitating to have your country taken over by Soviets.

Please examine your video: So hiding behind like-minded, Pro-Russian Separatists shoot at the military & trying to throw something at them (on the right you see the Molotov cocktail) Then, you will understand they hide BEHIND residents. All the peaceful inhabitants are sitting at home, or at least does not try to chase the military!

You have a city 48% Ukrainian and 44% Russian there will be trouble due to outside agitation. Russia needs this area if they ever hope to support Crimea.

They tried to do what happened in dozens of places before. Armed “separatists” surrounded by a group of hostile civilians, mainly old commies grandpas and young criminals, approach government forces and disarm them as they are cautious about shooting at “civilians”. Then RT and all Kremlin propaganda machine scream that army refuses to obey orders of “Kiev junta”, there's an uprising against “fascists” and all that nonsense.

When 1 armed guy is hiding behind 5 hostile “civilians”, they all should be shot so others will think twice before they try to get in the way of government formations, I know how it sounds but It must get worse before it gets better. Otherwise it all will evolve into long Balkan style disaster with hundreds of thousands killed. That's what Putler is intentionally triggering off, once it turns into full scale massacre, “the world” will forget about Crimea, he will get away with it and many other concessions in exchange for stopping the disaster he created. That's what they have been doing with Iran, we can enable them to get nukes... or not but why should we do that ? Kremlin never cared about people, even their own.
