Correct me if I’m wrong, but wasn’t the Health Care Industry instrumental in crafting 0bamacare?

I can’t keep the player straight anymore in any ‘legislation’ inflicted upon We The People, because the bed partners change overnight!

Screw em all.

“Christian Healthcare Ministries
(CHM) is an affordable, faith-based solution for Christians to the problems of rising health care costs and expensive health insurance policies.

An eligible option under the national healthcare law, CHM is thousands of Christians united in sharing each other’s medical bills. In the past 20 years, members of this nonprofit ministry have shared more than $1 billion in healthcare costs...”

The Lord has provided his faithful an exit from this Obamacare nightmare.

$150/mo for individual
$450/mo for family

Not widely known, because it would crash Obamacare overnight if everyone voted with their feet.

There are two other Christian healthcare ministries that qualify as well. Goggle them up.

>> A group of top health insurance executives

Scumbags that sold out the Country in alignment with the socialist scumbags in DC.

The higher premiums are calculated using the theory that the insurance companies will have to insure people who are “subsidized” by the government.

Because the subsidized are not paying the full premiums, they will tend to use their subsidized medical care more than those who are paying the higher premiums with the much higher deductibles.

But nobody really knows for sure how the income/expense figures will actually play out for the insurance companies. Look for suddenly much higher profits for them in the coming years.

If there ever was a perfect example of the government taking something bad and making it worse, Obamacare is it.

While, Lowelll775’s passion is understandable, (especially since we are dealing with very personal existential realities) I think the benefits associated with all the health care sharing ministries are minimized if they are simply seen as an ACA escape hatch. As I’ve mentioned on FR before, my family and I chose Samaritan Ministries International as the right health care sharing ministry for us. And while we are very thankful to God for allowing Congress to see the wisdom in protecting religious liberties as they relate to health care sharing ministries, it is nevertheless Samaritan Ministries International’s focus on serving the Body of Christ for which I’m most thankful. After my thoracic surgery to remove a tumor and part of my lung, I received over 200 cards and notes with prayers, scripture, and encouragements written upon them, along with their monthly share: all coordinated by SMI. I even received a note from a family with a picture that their 4 year old child drew for me and my family to cheer me up. I was able to show my two boys that picture and share with them how the Body of Christ can and should help each other in times of need. It was a wonderful moment around our kitchen table. In the end, my financial burden was lifted, and what could’ve been a very dark time in the life of my family turned into a very joyous time as we experienced hundreds of families all across the country praying for my healing. If you want to check it out for yourself here’s the link:

And in the spirit of full disclosure, yes I do work for SMI, but I was a member for years before I began working for them. In fact, it was my love of SMI and its ministry that led me to seek them out for employment.
