No, I mean it literally. Look at Bosnia during and directly after the war. When the SHTF here, financially, militarily and or governmentally, that’s our future. And as a nation that thinks they will just cell phone their way to delivered pizza when the store runs out of food, we are far less ready to deal with the actual reality of ‘evil’.

The Road Warrior mentality to me is the acceptance that ruthless justice is the prevailing modis operandi of most groups.
Mad Max has his brand of justice. The bad groups he faces do also. I’m not saying they’re equivalent, but this is what it boils down to IMO.
So flash back to now. We have someone threatening ultimate justice on the guy to lead up the investigation.
To me, that is the personification of the Mad Max justice mentality. It wouldn’t likely be Max’s, but it’s still ultimate justice Mad Max brand movies style.
Maybe you’re looking more for a society wide melt down, to resemble the society in the Mad Max Genre. If that’s where you’re headed, I understand your reluctance to buy into me saying we might already be there.
