Thank you. I still have plenty of pictures but they are either not very interesting or basically the same thing over and over.
The picture of them being disbanded does interest me. The soldiers appear to have mixed feelings. I am sure they are happy to be going home but probably sad for a well oiled machine, which their battalion had clearly become, ending forever.
Hard to leave the “band of brothers”....and know that they’ll probably never see one another again.
Even as they are very excited to be going home to their families!
