I watched this guy who I used to live a couple doors behind me. He got a little pup and would bring it out and scream at it if it didn’t poop at his convenience. He would tie it to a tree and kick it as it cried and yelped. People called the cops about him and nothing happened. A while later he got another pup and did the same. We moved shortly after, but I imagine that pup is also dead.

I hate these brutal people.

And NOBODY DID ANYTHING BUT CALL THE COPS???? Jeez Loius! It would have been all I could do not to take a baseball bat to the asshole, and I'm only 5'4"! My husband would have been right behind me, if not in front!
