These people just aren't paying enough taxes! Obviously they need to pay more.

These people just aren't paying enough taxes! Obviously they need to pay more.

But we don't have a national asset or property tax. We have an income tax.

In other words, people that actually work for a living will pay.

So a newspaper from liberal Maine gets it but GOP elite doesn’t.
I’m beginning to think all this talk about immigration reform is all about keeping John McCain’s job.

Billionaire’s don’t bother me. Liberals are the problem. Liberal billionaires are a big problem.

we do need some immigration reforms

some that do have some support in Congress

and some that should not be supported in Congress but are supported by too many in Congress

the monster omnibus all encompassing “immigration reform” bills ARE attempts to make sure the worst changes, the most damaging changes get included

and when that meets resistance the claim is made that NOT getting any “immigration reform” bill is going to make the situation worse, when in fact, just as with the last “immigration reform” bill, many of the “reforms” WILL make things worse, not better

EUSSR/NAFTA hoax... blame the borders on the home country, and then the super state blocks people from business altogether into a big super-federate nightmare.

What always confuses me is why they want illegal aliens as workers while at the same time support Dems who want to raise the minimum wage.

The only logical conclusion to me is that since they hire illegals they also ignore the minimum wage laws.

Thus the most logical way to stop this madness is to take away their business licenses and cancel their FEIN. This was standard practice in the 1950’s, 60’s and 70’s until Reagan, unfortunately, got conned with amnesty in 1986.

These “I got mine” insiders are all supporting Hillary Clinton. She said the citizens of the USA should expect less in their lives.

There are several factors that lead to the phenomena that is being discussed. First, of all, understand that business & corporate management can be gamed just like other segments of the population. See Tactics by which Corporate America is misled.

With more particularity, with reference to insane immigration policy, see Corporate Managers & "Immigration Reform".

I am not suggesting that there are not morally bad apples in business; but sheer conditioned stupidity is actually the bigger factor. That an individual may have a high level of intelligence in certain directions, does not always equate with common sense or discernment.
