Good thing I just bought earthquake insurance last week. Over 40 years on OK, and that is one thing I can truly say I never thought I would need.

Yeah...might happen.

Might not....

I'd rather live here than SoCal though.

Prayers for a bunch of smaller quakes to release the pressure in the area...may be nerve-whacking-but little to no damage or anything else.

North a bit but we do have earthquake insurance since we have a three story chimney. I met a man this weekend from California. He said that they do not have private earthquake insurance any longer. It’s all controlled by the state and there is a $20K deductible.

The Earth is cooling due to lower solar output.

The cooling will cause the Earth’s crust to shrink slightly causing increased earthquakes and volcanoes.

The volcanic ash in the atmosphere will cause more cooling.

Canada will be completely covered in ice within 20 years.

I still lived in Ok when we had a 5.4. It was fun. There’s wasn’t much damage.

If they have a quake, they called it. If they don’t, just forget about it.

“While scientists haven’t ruled out natural causes for the increase, many researchers suspect the deep injection wells used for the disposal of fracking wastewater could be causing the earthquake activity.”

Yep, fracking is evil and will lead to death and destruction!
