Benghazi cover-up is starting to unravel
American Thinker ^ | May 4, 2014 | Thomas Lifson

There is a lot more to come on the Benghazi cover-up, and it could well lead to criminal charges for withholding subpoenaed evidence. Trey Gowdy, an experienced prosecutor who will head the House Select Committee, has gone on the record (on Greta van Susteren’s FNC program of the same name) as having more evidence of a cover-up.

...

The person who should worry most is former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

For example, until now we have seen zero documentation to explain how Clinton out of the blue concocted the statement she issued on the evening of the attacks, which first raised the notion that the attacks came “as a response to inflammatory material posted on the Internet.”

In all the material released by the administration to date, there are no notes, e-mails or drafts of Clinton’s Sept. 11, 2012 statement similar to the back-and forth e-mail chain released last year showing how the CIA talking points evolved during three days of inter-agency discussion.

And yet surely such documents exist. We know from the public record that Clinton was getting real-time information on the attacks.

Impeachment followed by an acquittal in the Senate does not preclude criminal charges being brought.”

By Eric Holder?

By Eric Holder?

I am not a legal expert. Are you saying that the AJ is the only official in the land with jurisdiction?

Look, you and I want the same thing, and we disagree over the best way to go about it.

I believe there is zero chance of any criminal charges being brought against the man who calls himself “Obama” as a result of further investigations of Benghazi. He had full discretionary authority to make all the bad and cowardly decisions he made.

I believe the IRS matter, properly investigated, would disclose multiple felonies with the potential to cause his removal.

I hope you are right and I am wrong.

“Why are they so anxious to instill defeatism and hopelessness?”

Trolls, perhaps? Or maybe it’s easier to piss all over what others are doing as an excuse for doing nothing yourself(posting defeatism not-withstanding). We all know people who thrive on spewing negativity regardless of the topic. The hopeless crowd apparently agrees with Hillary - What difference does it make? Better to not try.

Do what they do, Jim, hit ‘em with the full court press, and go for both. People will never rasp the corruption in this administration without putting it all out there. (Getting the media to carry any of it might be tough).

If that happens, it could turn really ugly and ....

.....and bodies of Republican congressmen could start floating around Chesapeake Bay in numbers.

Look up "Arkancide".

Full-page ads, Washington Star, Long Island Newsday, N.Y. Post, San Diego Times-Union, Indianapolis Star, Chicago Sun-Times, Fort Worth Star-Telegram. Hell, London Times and the Daily Telegraph. All on the same day.

Ignore that.

Diane and her pals couldn't just keep dummying up then.

Must admit, having the president of CBS News in your pocket is kinda convenient, though.

The debate was nearly a month away. BO is too narcissistic to be practicing that far in advance.

I don’t buy that. Who said that anyway?
