If you deny medical treatment, limit medical care for the chronic conditions, stifle medical research, control pharmaceuticals, keep raising taxes and fees incrementally, tax inheritance, control investments and micro-manage all commodities you can keep on limiting accrued wealth over at least three generations. After that, all wealth-generation is under governmental control and there is no one left alive who has any accumulated wealth except for cronies.

They are evil, not stupid.
