Jonah Goldberg, son of Lucianne and National Review editor, wrote a book in 2007 with that title.

I certainly agree with the sentiment. However, ten out of every seven
pearls of wisdom attributed to George Carlin actually came from
others. True, Carlin skewered every aspect of society, culture, and
economics, but he was a lib at heart with a slight tinge of
libertarianism.
This is a signal book by Jonah Goldberg. Its a complete hitrical analysis which is absolutely ringing with truth.
Every high school in America should have it as required reading.
