I wasn’t commenting specifically about anything by Paul. I do think, however, that this whole crisis shows Paul to be something of a twit about Russia, however:

Quite frankly neither of the Pauls ever impressed me as very knowledgeable about anything overseas. I think their tendency toward isolationism has made them rather dimwitted about geo-political realities.
