I wonder how much money Josh Rogin will end up owing the IRS. Because I see an audit in his future.

if a reporter enters an off-the-record event uninvited and has not agreed to the off-the-record terms, he is free to report what happens inside that eventAbsolutely, as Romney found out.

Nobody ever asked me who I was. I didnt have a name tag but many of the invited attendees werent wearing theirs so nobody thought anything of it. Nice to know, if I ever want to shoot up a Trilateral Commission meeting.

If a reporter agrees that a conversation or event is off-the-record, then of course he cannot print what was said during that interchange...I seem to remember Connie Chung telling Newt Gingriche’s Ma’s answer would be off the record and asking Ma what her son thinks of Hillary. Ma’s answer was “She’s a bitch.” That was played on every nightly newscast for a week WITH THE “THIS IS OFF RECORD.” stipulation part of the newscast.

From the Daily Beast? We have had Hillary, Holder, Rice, Townsend and God only knows how many other incompetents and miscreants appointed by this administration plus Joe Biden, but I am starting to think that maybe John F. Kerry just might be the bridge too far.
By the way, did you know John F. Kerry is a Vietnam Vet?

Thanks! But, you can be sure they’ll get even more “exclusive” about speeches they don’t want us to know
about in the future.
