The difference between +.1% and anything negative is so infinitesimal that the margin of error puts negative growth not just as a possibility, but a probability, given the propensity of this admin to fudge the numbers to keep themselves from looking bad.

Right you are... In fact, I find it more than a little coincidental (”convenient” would probably be a better word) that the GDP number just so *happened* to come in a hair over 0% which allows the tyrannical Oba-mao regime to dodge any talk of the economy officially being in the midst of another recession since most economists define one as two consecutive quarters of negative GDP growth.
