Yes, they have done this all along even though the CIA did NOT come up with the video idea.

And though Carney said over and over again a year ago that he White House had NOTHING to do with the talking points we can now see this was a blatant lie.

Note that we never denied a CIA misreport absolved from a lie , THEY ADMITED during the BUSH YEARS THAT A CIA REPORT WAS NOT ENOUGH TO ABSOLVE a lie like responsibility on Iraq invasion.
