Rep Cummings (D) opening statement was about LIBYA generally. This was a hearing about the happenings at BENGHAZI in particular. Why did he deviate? Because the Democrats have given up on Benghazi. They are trying to cut their losses and protect Hillary and Obama. Cummings might as well have come out and said, “Please don’t charge Hillary and Obama with treason for their actions in Libya.”
