Witnesses testified about the 2012 attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya, and the Obama administrations response.
Brigadier General Robert Lovell, U.S. Air Force (Retired) Former Deputy Director for Intelligence and Knowledge Development Directorate (J-2), U.S. Africa Command Former Deputy Commanding General of Joint Task Force Odyssey Guard Daveed Gartenstein-Ross, Ph.D Senior Fellow Foundation for Defense of Democracies Dr. Kori Schake, Ph.D Research Fellow Hoover Institution Dr. Frederic Wehrey, Ph.D. Senior Associate, Middle East Program Carnegie Endowment for International Peace
I agree. He does sound stressed. I’m listening to the broadcast.
IOW Be social worker - community organizers
Really works well with terrorists
Gee, duckworth why direct questions to someone (wehrey) that knows nothing other than the country, of Libya, has a terrorist problem? .... Is a run out the clock set of questions from duckworth. Poor excuse for allowing her a seat on a panel to get to the truth. Fully a waste of her drawing a paycheck from Americans for understanding security matters.
The General does not seem to want implicate the State Dept. or her thighness! Sad that the military has to defer to a communist run State Dept. official who knows nothing about how the military operates. And now we have the Dems relying on the so called educated liberal PHds to answer questions about Benghazi!
He was not in charge. Has been promoted since.
Or been threatened
I’m coming up on Chaffitz, but still viewing Mica before him, who is nearly incoherent for his halting manner of speech and disjointed questioning.
Connolly and the Dems have nothing, do they? Nothin’.
We’re closing in on Hillary, rightfully, and of course because she is the frontrunner.
Norton is coolly bashing the committee’s interest. Swinging wide to pull Hillary’s incompetent fat out of the fire, using McCain the Mouth, to do it.
Shame we can’t have a tape of what he REALLY thinks in the privacy of HIS home. /s
He is being very careful.
General Milquetoast is a dud.
Tim Walberg R- Michigan up now.
Refers to written testimony by Gen. Lovell about implied timeframe of response.
Lovell mentions Odyssey Dawn and UN resolution.
Referring to NATO operation (predating the Benghazi issue)now.
This Lovell guy is way too measured in his remarks. Very little in specifics. Speaks way too slow for a man of his rank, IMHO. Deflects everything.
Walberg going down a dead end, about Odyssey Dawn and other opertions. Sounds like he—Walberg—has nothing, and is just asking general questions. Thank God his time has expired.
Another egghead Dr. answering his no-value question.
Slipping into MANPAD territory?
Who is this chirping, nasal egghead?
LOL!
No doubt for good reason.
For sure, sister!
A birdbrain with clogged sinuses!
Steven Horsford (D) of Nevada up now.
Looks to be reading a statement and question.
Sorry folks, this is all distraction talking about history or present state of Libya, or “reforms”.
Who the hell cares?
What happened on Sept. 11, 2012 and who directed it?
Ms. Schrake, PhD up—looks like a treehugger hippie.
PhD of what?
phd mentions man-pads with mentioning man-pads relating to shoot down of helo. Finally mentions arsenal lost. phd’s are useless to these hearings. This request for phd’s on panel had to come from the democrats.
with should be without ... first sentence
