Dreher wasn't saying Levin is part of the "Georgetown Cocktail Party" set.

He was saying people like Levin accuse people like him of being members of that group.

Not everything political commentators say is an attack on somebody else, even when they're arguing with somebody. It's not like everything that gets said is tit-for-tat all the time.
