Saudi Arabia became the first Middle East nation to publicly exhibit its nuclear-capable missiles. The long-range, liquid propellant DF-3 ballistic missile (NATO designated CSS-2), purchased from China 27 years ago, was displayed for the first time at a Saudi military parade Tuesday, April 29, in the eastern military town of Hafar Al-Batin, at the junction of the Saudi-Kuwaiti-Iraqi borders.
. . . . .
The West has no information about when the new Chinese missiles were delivered to Saudi Arabia.
The presence of the top Pakistani soldier at the parade of military and nuclear hardware was meant as corroboration of Islamabads active role as the source of the Saudi nuclear arsenal.

This is all because he declined to bow to the king. He shouldn’t have backed away from his red line but he wasn’t willing to step into the political nightmare that would have ensued had he gone into Syria. This is one more example of him putting the welfare of his party before the welfare of the country.
Why are articles from these fantasists even allowed here?
“First Ive heard also. Having a big delivery system isnt the same as having a payload worth delivering.”
Supposedly, they have some bought and paid for from the Pak’s and they are boxed-up in Pakistan and ready to go on a plane at a moment’s notice. I think at least some of the Pak stuff is “maintenance free”.
Those whitewalls are a nice touch. Now they just need red wheels and baby moons.
“kinda like her husband Bill promised the Ukrainians wed protect them from Russia if they gave up their nukes”
No leadership in any country whose government wants to protect its citizens will be falling for that one again.
Debka, so, incoherent and unreliable — sez the missiles were purchased 27 years ago, from the Chinese, but that the West doesn’t know when they were acquired. Sez there’s a Pakistani military leader there, but is really just beating a drum, because the Saudis don’t have nukes, and furthermore, they don’t have the personnel or infrastructure to develop nukes, unless they can be made out of old Mercedes parts and camel dung. Thanks aimhigh.
And all these missiles do is sit in a warehouse. Liquid fuel is highly dangerous and expensive to keep on alert. The fuel degrades and needs to be swapped which is expensive and dangerous.
Nuclear capable is not the same as nuclear missiles.
Also, DEBKA is a not a serious news source. It’s been something of a joke for many years now.
When the Iranians get their bomb, the Saudis will be buying theirs from the Pakistanis.

Nah, it’s the ‘retro’ look...................
Money and fuel is the LAST thing the Saudis have to worry about................
A set of these babies would look really cool!................
The Chinese were never our friends, they want America destroyed by any means
possible. Even if they give weapons to our enemies for them to take on the dirty deed.
All I can say at this moment is (You damn DC Sons of Bitches, You'll kill us all!)
Are they Missiles capable of carrying Nukes, or Nuke tipped already, is the question.
He is Murtad Mili - someone pretending not to be a Muslim.
Now just a cotton pickin’ minit here. Let’s be fair. Nukes aren’t for everybody. Israel can’t have nukes, because we didn’t sign the non-proliferation treaty. So we have to give our undisclosed arsenal up in order to get the signatories to live up to their minimal obligations under a treaty to which we aren’t a party. So there.
