Last month, Illinois State Rep. Keith Farnham announced his immediate resignation from the position. Though he said at the time his decision was based on health concerns, his recent arrest cast doubt on the actual reason behind the Democrats move.
The 66-year-old had state-owned computers seized by federal authorities just before his resignation; and along with evidence found on his personal computers, officials prepared multiple charges related to child pornography and allegations of sexual abuse.

How can they have found child porn on his computer and he is not already incarcerated?
Kiddie porn? Hmm ..I’m thinking they weren’t little girls either ..just sayin .
Is this the guy who said 12-year olds were too old for him? Wonder if Rachel Maddow will spend her whole show trashing this guy like she did the ‘pub from NY last night?
Child porn is despicable, but how easy would it be to plant this on anyone’s computer?
Resignation? Execution is too good for this monster.
I cannot think of another human being that I would love to hear played the knock out game...
“but how easy would it be to plant this on anyones computer?”
Apparently this has already been tried. Ex-girlfriends, Ex-wives, etc. I’d imagine that if he can prove he was someplace else when it said it was downloaded he’s okay.
Here’s some other info on planting...

I believe the biblical punishment for a false witness is to be punished in the same manner that his victim would have been punished if the accusation were true.
Easy if an insider, harder if not. If I was a politician I would have an inventory done every evening of software and freespace on my computer and keep a hard copy daily log on it and never ever have a meeting without an assistant present.
Diaries and logs are sometimes better evidence than direct testimony.
“Child porn is despicable, but how easy would it be to plant this on anyones computer?”...........
Not difficult at all if you’re computer savy.
“I cannot think of another human being that I would love to hear played the knock out game”.......
Oh, there are MANY I would like to hang that onto.
Illinois. . .is becoming the cesspool of the nation.
Very easy...a friend had it planted on his by his ex wife of their kids. He lost his job, threatened with jail and lost his home. However, his ex lost the kids and went to jail when the sis in law told the court what was done.
My point was that without an investigation,
we shouldn’t jump to the conclusion that anyone accused is automatically guilty.
Anyone can drop porn on someone’s computer but proving it was them takes an investigation.
child porn freaks have similar M.O. They operate in groups and typically have troves of images they trade with others. In a CP investigation, the user is watched heavily and his online activity is monitored. Usually a sting is setup were an officer infiltrates a group and attempts a trade. Once that happens the hammer comes down.
one or two images found on a drive is the hallmark of a CP setup. Investigators know this, usually. Trying to gather CP for a setup is extremely dangerous and you run the risk of snaring yourself. This is why it is so rare and usually done by stupid ex’s that think they are clever.
