They are not wrong, that is why Heritage gave him a 97%; the others did not see this as non-conservative since it was not a vote on legislation, per se. In fact, only one senator voted no on Kerry, Ted Cruz, so I guess he is the ONLY conservative, right? Mike Lee and every other senator who ALL have MUCH lower conservative ratings than Paul also voted to confirm, so clearly they are not worthy as candidates either.
