And let’s not forget, part of the republicrats war on women. Wouldn’t receive this sort of treatment if she were a man.

More of that liberal “conservatives are un-American” talking point. That’s what the darkside is going with this year.

I can see where she is acting in her own behalf where the 5th would apply. But she’s a government employee acting as an agent not a private citizen.

To: smoothsailing
The very definition of "American" allows high government officials to abuse their powers of office against innocent citizens? First I'd heard. Apparently my old civics course needs a revision.
 Jail her.
To: smoothsailing
Ever been on the receiving end of IRS scrutiny?

You suppose Taylor also thinks it’s un-American for a POTUS to use the IRS illegally for patisan politics? Sure he does. /s

Great...Well, Cruz is out campaigning on abolishing the IRS, and if he gets that through, after the crucifixion it will take, then Lois Lerner will join other deserving criminals

No need for the interim step of contempt. Go directly for the gallows.

Unamerican is not tarring and feathering this vile woman and riding her out of town on a rail.

To: smoothsailing
He is right, of course. She should not be held in contempt. She should be held in prison

Yes. This hag needs to be dealt with severely.

I can see where she is acting in her own behalf where the 5th would apply. But shes a government employee acting as an agent not a private citizen. Interesting but moot point.
She waived privilege.

(This is not a statement of fact. It is either opinion or satire; or both.)

Cue the worlds tiniest violin on 3 ... 3... 1. Sorry I'm late on the count. I was busy watching Lerner waive her 5th amendment privilege away.
