I have no doubt they brought that plane down. Remember the video that surfaced immediately afterward that showed people moving among the wreckage, and shots fired?
“Remember the video that surfaced immediately afterward that showed people moving among the wreckage, and shots fired?”
Yes, that is what I was referencing.
“Didn’t Roosevelt refer to Stalin as “Uncle Joe”?”
It is creepy to see the propaganda films that were shown to American audiences in the early 1940s to generate support for the Soviets; the happy peasants loyally fight & die for the beloved motherland. Americans will never understand fascism or WWII in Europe without understanding the horrors of Communism witnessed by Europe PRIOR TO WWII. While American troops complained about the easy living the French civilians seemed to be enjoying during the war, they never mention that while Americans were dying in the Pacific war Japan and the USSR had a peace treaty in effect (the USSR violated it in the final months to grab territory on the Asian mainland from the Japanese).
Europeans knew about the Ukrainian exterminations, and after that were treated to the Communist atrocities in Spain (which ended shortly before the invasion of Poland in 1939 - by both Germans AND SOVIETS). Europeans knew Hitler was a bad person, and the majority of them decided Stalin was worse.
It’s called satanic , sophisticated lying/ brainwashing. We are dealing with hidden forces that want people dead and in hell and Putin is one of their puppet masters.
“The Dead” don’t remember; Such is a privlidge only reserved for the living who may elect to decline the opportunity.
One of my rifle team teammates is of Armenian descent. He’s got a few pictures of his grandfather, with Mauser and ammunition bandoliers, large fighting knife, and huge mustache (a LETHAL mustache) standing over a pile of Turk corpses. There are other equally armed men with him.
The muslim Turks did indeed try to genocide the Armenian Christians. But not it wasn’t free, nor cheap, for some of them... as my buddy’s pictures attest.
Thanks for the ping, Dawg Brother.
Woof!
Being of partial Ukrainian descent myself, this fosters a special anger in me.
Just another reason to hate socialism and those who preach it.
Thanks for posting, WhiskeyX.
“...Didn’t Roosevelt refer to Stalin as “Uncle Joe”?...”
FDR Loved Stalin, and his administration was riddled with pro-Soviet sympathizers and outright agents.
When you get a chance, do some reading on Alger Hiss and Whittaker Chambers (if you haven’t already).
And FDR’s first Vice President, Henry Wallace, was an open, committed Socialist.
But hey... FDR is a “saint” to the dems, so you can’t say ANYTHING bad about him.
Yeah, ol’ Stalin, and Lenin before him, and Dzerzhinsky, Kamenov, Trotsky (aka Lev Davidovitch Bronstein) - they were all just peaceful, “agrarian reformers”, trying to spread “social justice”, “redistribute wealth”, and make things “more fair and just”.
Sound familiar?
Gee... I wonder if THEY campaigned on “Hope and Change” too... I know they used “Forward!” a lot..
And they weren’t real big on Citizens owning guns, either.
Wonder why...
When Hitler and Stalin signed the non-aggression pact, the American communist party and their people in the Democrat party were loudly against our helping Britain against the Germans in 1939-1940. It was “American imperialist aggression” and “an unjust war”.
When the Germans attacked Russia in 1941, however, suddenly, it was “We have to help our Brave Soviet Allies resist Fascist Nazi aggression!!!”
That’s right out of J. Edgar Hoover’s book, “Masters of Deceit” about communist infiltration in America.
Worth the read, if you haven’t read it already.
Back when I was in school, our teacher required us to read it.
One of my friends had an Armenian grandmother who fled Turkey to reach safety in Greece. The rest of her family and most of her community of men, women, and children were all murdered by the Turks.
I bear a scar where I was lacerated in an accident and had to have stitches to close the wound when I was very young. The surgeon at the hospital was putting in the stitches when I noticed a numbered tattoo on his arm. I asked him if he was one of the survivors from the concentratoin camps in the Second World War ended not many years earlier. He answered, ye, he was a Jewish surgeon who survived Auschwitz.
Same thing happening in CA, really. The farmers are denied water, and it is even diverted out to sea rather than allow the farmers anything. Our federal government controls nearly ALL the western states, although the general public is totally unaware of it. Most today are unconcerned by the government overreach. “Nothing to see here, folks, keep on moving!”
How do we wake up a nation that is being drugged and under-educated, misinformed and entertained? Even many so-called Christians cannot put aside their entertainment and leisure activities to fast & pray or to attend a rally. We seriously don’t care ENOUGH to act on anything because it is not touching us personally YET. When it does, though, it will be TOO LATE to do anything about it. Wake up, AMERICA!
How times have changed, huh?
Now, they’re probably requiring them to read “The Collected Works of Che”...
B*stards.
“...were all murdered by the Turks....”
Which the Turks STILL to this day deny doing.
“...he was a Jewish surgeon who survived Auschwitz...”
Not an easy task, for sure.
Interesting; I knew an old guy who has since passed away that was active with American communists back then. He quit when the Nazi-Soviet pact was announced, completely disillusioned; since then he (correctly) saw communism as one big lie.
“...Nazi-Soviet pact was signed...”
One form of socialist (National Socialist or “Nazi”) helping the other form of socialist (International Socialist/Communist).
Two types of scumbags, each trying to convince themselves that the OTHER guy is REEEEEALLLY the bad guy.
And they met in the middle of Poland, and murdered hundreds of thousands of people.
Anybody that supports that is a POS.
Read Hoover’s book if you get a chance. It’s enlightening, though somewhat condescending.
We should care that they all happened!
NEVER FORGET.
Tyranny kills.
Thanks; if I get a chance I’ll look into it.
Winston Churchill was disgusted when the war ended; he knew those British lives had been wasted (since they had originally gone to war for Poland). After the war, Britain had to face the inevitable and give up the colonies; they could no longer be held when so many of the colonized peoples had seen how vulnerable Britain was.
