Madness. Then again, if the illegals can rant and rave an get what they want, maybe we Americans can do so, as well.

Let’s start making a scene, agitating, and raising a stink, and maybe the government will voluntarily reduce itself in size and leave us the hell alone.

Nah, I didn’t think so.

It would be a damn good idea to let the public know what the bill is before it is brought to the floor. Would that be to much trouble or would you fools just pass it so we would know whats in it. Bet this will be no better than like Obamacare. GOP has gone to shi!

“I believe there is a path that we get a bill on the floor by August,” Rep. Cathy McMorris-Rodgers (R-Wash.) the Republican conference chairwoman, told The Spokesman-Review last week.

A Republican from Washington aka a conservative Democrat.

Government by the consent of the governed? Not here. More like government by the consent of the Chamber of Commerce and the Progressive movement.

Seal the border and start enforcing existing laws. That’s the reform the majority of Americans actually want.

How can House Republicans strike a deal on immigration when Obama takes passed laws and rewrites them by deciding what part of laws to follow/enforce and what parts to ignore/delay?

Obama is already not enforcing present immigration laws on deportations and border controls. He has delayed or skipped major parts of ObamaCare to the point it is a not what was passed just so the impacts are delayed past coming elections. He is now ready to let felons out of jail on drug charges and mandatory sentences to please minorities.

Any new immigration law in Obama’s hands will be a joke and manipulated to turn elections to the favor of Democrats and favored big businesses which kick money to Democrats.

I’m becoming more and more convinced that the GOP has no desire to win the Senate this November and become a majority in both chambers of Congress. I believe they view the responsibility of being held accountable to its voters and standing up for Constitutional conservative principles and limited government as simply too much for them to bear. By being a permanent minority, they think they have a perfect excuse to not do anything, cave to the whims of statist Democrats, and enjoy the cushy perks and benefits that come with being a part of the inside-the-beltway Washington establishment. Hey, they’re set for life... So to hell with the rest of the country.

To push a “path to citizenship” (a.k.a. AMNESTY) in an election year when the vast majority of Americans oppose such a move is absolute MADNESS and pure POLITICAL AND PARTY SUICIDE! I keep asking myself if the GOP leadership is really THIS stupid... and it’s becoming increasingly evident that the answer is YES!

Weird how the morons and buffoons on Capitol Hill are all over importing massive poverty into the United States but Keystone, jobs and the economy can be put off until after the election so it won’t hurt the DemocRATS’ chances. The bottom-feeding politicians sure do have their priorities messed up.

Snatching defeat from the jaws of victory once again. Boner has to go before he does this.

"An August deadline would resolve the troubled issue months before November’s midterm elections"

The only outcome of such a resolution is the certainty the GOP will lose the House and further slink to minority status in the Senate.

Only corrupt conspiracy could be driving their actions down this road.

It won't matter if YOUR GUY didn't vote yes. He will have enabled those who did by not standing tall and loud.

If Boner put such a bill on the floor today it would pass with at least 100 "Republicans" aboard. The remainder will try to disclaim any responsibility, but remember: Boner serves at their pleasure. And, they don't seem to be willing or able to displace him.

EACH AND EVERY REPUBLICAN will be equally responsible.

Which begs the question: Which of you will forever forsake that party when they do this? And I'm talking sworn oath: NEVER AGAIN!

Won't happen.

GOP wants a bill to allow worker's to stay here without a path to citizenship, the Democrats won't accept anything less than a path to citizenship.

The fact that the RINO leadership keeps talking about this shows their frustration over being blocked by the Conservatives.
