Sticking to the issue - I’m about the only one on this thread that is even MENTIONING the issue - that of property rights, easements, grazing, state sovereignty and federal overreach - everybody else is yapping about: “He’s not really a racist, this is what he meant, he is telling the truth...” and NOTHING about the issue...THAT is my point. Lots of talk, lots of exposure, lots of outrage about government ignoring personal property rights - and Sean Hannity was in the forefront of that charge. Hardly a peep, even here, about that issue since (Hannity is one of the few who have continued to pursue the property rights battle after this mess hit the fan).

You claimed that I have called Bundy a racist - which is an outright lie! I doubt there are few here who can state with any assurance whether he is or isn’t a racist. I don’t know, I don’t know the man, so I don’t make statements one way or another about it. Besides - it is a distraction...while Harry and the Fed Raiders go about scooping up whatever property and rights they decide to take, you all squabble about whether Bundy is a racist, what he did or didn’t mean, who is or isn’t supporting him (HIM? He’s a man! I never supported him, my support was for his cause - and that’s a heck of a lot bigger, and truer than any man.)...meanwhile, our rights continue to slip away.

The ‘issue’ is that you are bring up and harping on the fact that Bundy commented on slavery as if it were somehow unrelated to the land use issue. Clearly it is related when the liberals are taking us down the path of slavery and their usurpation of land/land rights id one way they do it.

Now, having been involved in the land rights to the extent that Time Magazine, in an era they still had influence, thought I was enough of a problem to call me lots of bad names/inferences, I can speak with some authority on the issue.

For you to discredit the connection and focus on his use of the comparison implies directly that he did something wrong. And clearly he did not as we have repeatedly established over the past two days.

Now if you keep harping on his mention of race, what exactly are we supposed to logically conclude here?

If the issue is Federal overreach, pray tell where in US History has the Federal Government so overstepped its Constitutional authority as to spend trillions of dollars reaped at gunpoint from the pockets of productive Americans to be doled out to those who will live under certain prescribed conditions--to the point where those conditions make it extraordinarily difficult to be self-sufficient once one has lived under them to receive that 'aid'?

The entire Welfare State is Federal overreach. It is the 800 lb gorilla in the room, which everyone looks around because those who have suffered the most harm happen to be from a demographic which the architects of the plan have deemed to be beyond discussion.

Quit playing their tune and look at what is going on, will you?
