BLM ON TEXAS LAND: NOT A LAND GRAB, IT’S ALREADY OURS

The U.S. Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Oklahoma Field Office responded to Breitbart Texas about the so-called Red River land grab by emphasizing that parcels in question are already held in the public domain and BLM-managed. The Bureau claims it is not they who are declaring the ownership but that settled case law long declared it to be government land.
BLM Public Relations Specialist Paul McGuire agreed to a one-on-one telephone interview with Breitbart Texas after reading the original report published earlier this week. In contrast with the interview with Texas General Land Office Commissioner Jerry Patterson, McGuire expressed much more confidence about the ownership of the land and indicated little, if any, ambiguity about how or why the land should be under federal control.
Its not the BLM making any such claim as to the status of the land, McGuire said. That land was a matter that the courts adjudicated decades ago, going back to the 1920s in fact. The Supreme Court settled the matter as to where the public land in the Red River was. So, BLM is really just proceeding on those earlier court decisions.

The whole accretion/erosion theory used to determine those borders is pure horsesh*t. If I own 100K square feet, then I own 100k square feet. If a river borders my property and over time changes course to flow farther toward my property, then I own more river because it’s within my 100k square feet. If it changes course to flow farther away from my property, then I own less of the river. Either way, I own 100k square feet of land, period. That’s how it should be.
I triple-dog dare the BLM to take land from Texas citizens. I’m just itchin’ to kick their tyrannical asses. It ain’t big talk from behind a keyboard either. I’m past ready, willing, and able. I’m at “Go ahead. Make my day, punks.”

I don’t have any idea if it is true or not. Remember when we had journalists who would investigate things like this?

I am responding with a compilation update sent to me by an old friend following linking some potential dots that connect events. Please be aware that many sources of information that were available in 2009 when I first recognized some links, are no longer available and have disappeared. What remains available is in many cases MSM spin to provide deniability. Actual documents of what took place between China, Hillary and Geithner are not available (and probably never will be). Subject: Truth????? Truths, Half-truths, Fairy Tails and other poppycock: A Brad Smith Brain Fart Where do you draw the line between a truth a half-truth and a good fairy tail? Let us sort through some of the discourse floating around the ether these days. Keep in mind, Im not a news analyst or a politician, Im just a concerned citizen sworn to defend and uphold the constitution and bent on learning the truth, however finding the truth with is proving to be a conundrum. For just thirty pieces of silver: ● China purchases TRILLIONS of dollars worth of U.S. Treasury Bills and Bonds, paying for it with gold and silver provided by the Shenzhen Economic Zone exchanges. ● 2006, Jun - Stansberry Reports: Hidden 1,000 feet beneath the surface of the Rocky Mountains lies the largest untapped oil reserve in the world, more than 2 TRILLION barrels. The Denver Post reports: We've got more oil in this very compact area than the entire Middle East, more than 2 TRILLION barrels untapped. That's more than all the proven oil reserves of crude oil in the world today. ● 2008, Sep. - As soon as the Olympics are concluded, China stops buying oil and gas futures while dumping U.S. Treasury bills and bonds. Gasoline prices plummet, while the U.S. mortgage loan money becomes tightly constricted. ● With a recession now in full swing, billions of worthless U.S. Government "bailout" debit entries are given to bolster failing U.S. Banks. China refuses to continue investing credit loans to the U.S. Treasury. ● 2009, Jan. - Obama, through executive order? Ceases all petroleum and mineral exploration and development on federal controlled lands and offshore. ● 2009, Feb. - American public Lands and the mineral rights on those lands were offered as collateral to China in a financial lending agreement brokered by the Obama administration. ● 2009, Feb. - A written agreement is delivered to Beijing by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and was formalized and agreed-to. ● 2009, Feb State Department (China office) report of collateral agreement for further loans. ● 2009, Feb. MSM spin of report that the collateral was an Imminent Domain promise. Imminent Domain applies to personal property/assets, not Federally controlled property. Validity of collateral dispute denied by administration. Smoke screen! ● 2009, March, April? Geithner trip to China. ● 2009, June Geithner again goes to China. ● 2009 Keystone Pipeline approval can kicked down the road. ● 2009-Present Administration bureaucracies in-act further control on Federal controlled and private properties. ● 2010-Present BLM in-acts control over land ownership changes on TX/OK Red River changes. ● 2013 Hillary and Geithner resign positions; no longer answerable to actions in office unless formally subpoenaed with actual evidence. ● 2014 BLM/Bundy standoff; object is further control over all Federal claimed lands / property. As collateral for China's purchase of US Treasury Notes and existing US Currency reserves, if the U.S. economy was to falter, the People's Republic of China has the option to exercise Eminent Domain within the USA. The feds have now actually mortgaged the physical land and property of all citizens and businesses in the United States, and have given to a foreign power, their Constitutional power to "take" our property, as actual collateral for continued Chinese funding of US deficit spending and the continued carrying of US national debt. And the beat goes on: Im wondering if you remember the first federal land grab? The one in which Manifest Destiny allowed the U.S. government to occupy and utilize any and all lands belonging to the Indigenous Peoples of this continent. Well Im not going to dwell on that one, just yet. In the stead, lets talk about another, more recent land grab. ● Cliven Bundy is literally the last man standing in the way of a new federal land grab. ● Over four dozen ranchers have fallen victim since this new federal land grab began. ● Clear title to the state-owned lands cannot be claimed unless and until all claims to that land, (the Bundy presence) can be removed. The intent is for the federal government to hold clear title as collateral and ultimately conveyance to global interests. ● While many remain unaware of its true value, this grab is about more than just surface space for industrial development, its also about the resources under ground. ● The land sounding the Bundy ranch is rich in deposits of Magnesium Dolomite and the most valuable of all resources in the West, high quality water. ● Harry Reed is politically knee deep into a scheme insuring the Bundys are driven from there land, and has been given political immunity by the Obama administration for this and all of the sleazy deals surrounding his less than sterling political career. Wake-up America, learn the facts, dismiss the political fairy tails and take back your freedom. Question your government, hold members of political office to a higher standard and fully accountable for their actions. Vote or recall the thugs out of office, let the world know, our country, its land and its freedoms are not for sale. More may come available as time progresses; but this needs to be peaceably resolved ASAP, before the biggest BOHICA in history.

outside of federal buildings and military bases I don’t understand why the feds own any land and even then they could lease. I don’t get it

Too late, Mr. BLM guy. This acreage was patented a long time ago. Severed from the sovereign. It's in private hands, now and forever. If you wished to purchase this acreage, however, I'm sure it could become available at the right price. Then again...you're $17.2 trillion in debt. You are representing the world's largest aggregation of spendthrift deadbeats. In view thereof, it appears that you probably can't afford this acquisition. Which brings us to another thought...perhaps you should delay any future acquisitions until you are able to sort out your issues on lands out west, which, in contrast to this Red River acreage, is actually land still in the public domain. As you have amply demonstrated, your agency is having great difficulty managing the lands you actually do own. It would be best, one would think, if you were to learn how to manage the stuff already in your portfolio before acquiring somebody else's acreage.awesome post. worth repeating

If this thing boils over and Rick Perry kicks BLMs ass then I see the distinct possibility of Perry becoming the next president. We can only hope. Perry will be on his game this time back surgery over and not on pain killers.
Go Perry!!!

Exactly. There are two places here in Iowa where Iowa is on the OTHER side of the river, because the river has moved.
Apparently, supposedly the BLM controls the land where the river is or was, or something. I’ve seen the claim but no proof. I don’t know any other state where this is true. Borders between the states are state issues, where do the Feds figure into this?
