(Reuters) - Two Republican U.S. senators who voiced support for a Nevada cattleman in his showdown with federal agents over grazing rights on public land condemned the rebellious rancher's remarks about whether African-Americans would be "better off as slaves."

Amazing how these reporters never make such character discoveries concerning the idiots on the Left.
The MSM is the Country’s greatest threat.
That is what this story should have been about from the beginning..how the Govt can just come on your property and take it away and destroy it..like they did with the cattle..they slaughtered them, shot them in the head and put them into mass graves..where is the outrage from PETA, the same group that made a fuss about Easter Eggs on the White House lawn, yeah those people, didnt give a rats ass about cattle being SLAUGHTERED..that is a crime and the people who did that should be prosecuted, but it won’t happen and we won’t hear anything about it because hey, I guess those cattle were Republican so therefore no mention of their death is necessary
Rush Limbaugh is a nearly daily example of this Alinsky tactic.
“No one seems to look at the fact that this man is 80 years old,he HAS NO
IDEA of political correctness, he sees people in these neighborhoods
on government entitlements and he just says what he feels!!”
I thought he lived out on a ranch. You mentioned him seeing these people in these neighborhoods. What neighborhoods would those be? His neighboring ranchers?
He screwed the pooch by bringing race into it. Actually he screwed the pooch by getting off topic.
Sadly I now think he’s just a blowhard trying to hold on to his 15 minutes.
He’s now done more damage than good.
With the senate really up for grabs by a narrow margin, this could have serious consequences. Because the media and the Dems are going to have ammo now to paint all conservatives as racists.
Apparently you didn’t bother to listen to his remarks. He names exactly when and where he saw those neighborhoods.
Mourdock & Akin revisited! I guess he is not very smart dude.
He’s not going to listen to you, he is too busy with the political campaign.
If he’s not carefull he will trip over the heals of a couple dozen jelly spined republicans running in the same direction...
“Apparently you didnt bother to listen to his remarks. He names exactly when and where he saw those neighborhoods.”
Nope. I only read the excerpts posted here.
Rand Paul: Extending jobless benefits a 'disservice' to workers"When you allow people to be on unemployment insurance for 99 weeks, you're causing them to become part of this perpetual unemployed group in our economy. And it really - while it seems good, it actually does a disservice to the people you're trying to help," Paul said.
Typical lazy lout.
Welfare has also destroyed many more white families. Watch the show “Cops” on TV. It is so sad to see how people live. There are 3 times as many whites receiving government checks compared to blacks. It is due to sheer numbers...there are 4 times as many whites as blacks. Percentage wise more blacks are on welfare.
Just about everything I was going to say - thanks!
Especially referencing his age.
“Typical lazy lout.”
Yep, but I’m still right most of the time.
He screwed the pooch. Plain & simple.
He never should have brought race into it.
Weak sisters can stay on the porch. No one needs you.
“Welfare has also destroyed many more white families.”
You’re correct. Government dependency destroys lives. That’s why it was stupid to even bring race into it.
Randy said it with finesse. Bundy said it crudely. That is why there was no reaction to Randy saying it.
Therein lies the problem. Republicans aren’t conservatives.
He’s smarter than most, including on FR...he’s a man who’s made his living the hard way, not a sucking on the teat politician who should know how this stupid, leftist game is played.
Even many on FR who should know better are succumbing to the leftist media playbook and abandoning Mr. Bundy because they’re too damned stupid to actually comprehend what he said and what he meant.
The absolute truth is what he uttered...are we to now abandon a man who exercised his right to speak his mind and give his very astute, although inarticulate opinion on a subject?
The bigger picture is that the leftists are using their playbook, Alinsky’s rules for radicals against this man in order to isolate him and polarize support for what he represents and many on FR are taking the bait...
I guess that means the issue of an overbearing violent lawless government no longer holds any appeal. Pack the tents we’re headed back home!
yep , just like my dad :^)
gone but not forgotten , he too used to say some pretty interesting things . p/c ? What’s that ?
and he had growing dementia for years but he was a lot older than Bundy
