+1 bruthuh!!!!
It was and understood right of the commoner to grazes there livestock on the common (waste) public land...”enclosure”...blocking that right ...is how you convert common land to private ownership
all agree its public (common) land be it federal or state..in effect this is conversion by enclosure of common publicly owned land to private Federally owned land.. (the kings land..80% of Nevada)
Damned straight! They’ll have us all living in ‘sectors’ if they have their way.
Everything that the government is doing - cities, counties, and states - are in accordance with the UN resolution 21. Get people out of the rural areas, put them all in high apartments in downtown areas, and totally totally control their lives.
The more people crowded in cities will make people believe the fallacies of an overcrowded planet which, in turn, helps to promote the evils of abortion and euthanasia.
Yup, that’s communism.
Federal control of contiguous lands is contrary to the spirit of our founding. The Feds need to prove that control of these lands is necessary for it to perform its duty to the states. Of course, it cannot.
Washington Pledged long ago that it would sell the land to any american who would buy it. It broke that pledge in the 1970’s with deasterous unfair consequences to the Rural people of the Western states. Stifling their economic potential.
This must end, Put the land up for sale again!
The Sagebrush Rebellion lives!!!
I agree with you, Jim. But we also need to spend more time studying how these corporate laws are being abused to serve the needs of communism. How many thousands of hours do people spend over guns and prepping? And how many hours do people spend studying the basics of law?
Generations of brave Americans fought to protect an America based on laws and not men. We owe them to learn about the thing they fought to protect. Because the fact is that the Left does just that. They study the laws, and then twist them to their needs - and no one stands in their way, because no one understands how they’ve done what they’ve done
We - must - understand what they’ve done, and - how - they’ve done it. Without that knowledge, we’re fighting blind. And among other things, we are vulnerable to every RINO that comes along, let alone Leftist. We have to bail, yes - but we also have to fix the hole in the boat. Or we simple won’t get anywhere but exhausted.

1. Abolition of private property and the application of all rents of land to public purposes. Americans do these with actions such as the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution (1868), and various zoning, school & property taxes. Also the Bureau of Land Management, (Zoning laws are the first step to government property ownership).
4. Confiscation of the property of all emigrants (those who leave the country) and rebels. Americans call it government seizures, asset seizure laws, Public "law" 99-570 (1986); Executive order 11490, sections 1205, 2002 which gives private land to the Department of Urban Development; or the IRS confiscation of property without due process. Asset forfeiture laws are used by DEA, IRS, ATF, BLM, etc...).
7. Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the state, the bringing into cultivation of waste lands, and the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan. Americans call it by names such as The Desert Entry Act and The Department of Agriculture Thus read "controlled or subsidized" rather than "owned" This is easily seen in these as well as the Department of Commerce and Labor, Department of Interior, the Environmental Protection Agency, Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Reclamation, Bureau of Mines, National Park Service, and the IRS control of business through corporate regulations. Currently, the US government virtually owns General Motors, AIG insurance, and other banks and companies it has bailed out, another unconstitutional idea that has just been allowed recently.
