A week after General Electric blamed Obamacare for hurting its medical business, the company's chairman on Wednesday warned that uncertainty in the health care field will persist for much longer.
“I think that there's still a lot of uncertainty in health care and we'll just have to see that over time,” warned Jeff Immelt during a shareholders' meeting in Chicago.
Last week, the firm released financial figures which showed a rise in profits, but a cut in its medical business. That was blamed on companies and hospitals holding back on purchases of GE equipment out of concern over how bad Obamacare will hit their profit margins.
Reuters reported that GE Chief Financial Officer Jeff Bornstein attributed the spending cuts to a "massive structural change" in the U.S. health care market caused by Obamacare.

The rest see him for what he and his liberal theology can achieve. They are the true believers. They use Obama and Obama uses them.
I think Jeff Immelt used to be a true believer (in Liberal Theology). But he may have seen the light.

Rooster, I’m not ignoring your responses but I am a terribly slow typist. I have a lot to say about matters such as these but it takes me forever to get thoughts on here.
I look at it this way. If one chooses to ignore the obvious, then that person is worthless IMO. Unfortunately, I have family and friends in that category.
Anyone who has access to the most basic “street” info knew Obama was a gifted hustler. Achievements were sparse but hype was plenty. Yeah, I myself from Chicago who knew about this guy when he was running against Bobby Rush thought he might be a decent human being.
Then I started using basic ‘net info middle 2000 and realized what a SAP I was. Started when John Kass exposed him for his ties and creative bribe he got from Tony Rezko. Then the popular racist church he attended. In his book he spoke very highly of the Pastor/Rev.
Those 2 things right there speak volumes about the man and ANYONE who has any decency combined with basic internet info would know never to get in bed with Obama. There are plenty of other horrible associations that any multi national head would know about. I guess the power to ignore or compartmentalize is strong with these industry leaders.
That said, I am headed to bed and will have to get back to you in the morning.
