The BLM is pursuing the Texas land under a claim that the states don’t hold the right to sell land that the Fed govt acquired in the 1802 Louisiana Purchase. This is the argument they used in 1986 when they stole 140 acres.
So nobody in Kansas has a legal title to their land?
