Great timing BLM. This will take the eyes off the legal situation in Nevada and appear to be a continuation of Federal land grabs.

You might have had some sympathy with your legal argument against the Bundys, but now you’re messing with Texas.

Decisions of this magnitude must not be made inside a bureaucratic black box.”

Probably a couple rogue agents out of the Cincinatti office dreamed this up.

Funny I always thought government owning large areas of land was called socialism/communism.

And I thought a president arming a government agency like an army and using it against American citizens was a violation of the Constitution and Posse Comitatus. What this goon did against Bundy was send a army against an American citizen for a civil matter. that is a violation of Posse Comitatus and calls for imprisonment of Obama as it is a crime

We are here in Louisiana. if they do that to Texas we will come to support Texas as the cowboys did to support Bundy

I had the idea to do a cartoon of “Despicable Reid” by putting Harry Reid’s face on the body of the cartoon character. C’mon Freepers?

I am going to have to make a call or two tonight.

An AG knows the law typically better than most. I do wonder if this is an elected position, but even so statements like this are pretty rare.

If they follow through, we may have an interesting time ahead. The BLM/FedGov is going to have to make a forceful more soon, their ego (and political theory) demand it. Much like the situation with gun owners out east. Once the state is shown to be ineffective in enforcing its will, it will either fade or escalate to bloodshed.

Perhaps Mr. Abbott is the man that can present evidence to a Grand Jury and indict Harry Reid, Rory Reid and Neil Kornze under RICO statutes.
They conspired to murder the Bundy family and steal everything they own to transfer the land to a foreign power. They are treasonous.

Texas has the most private land, most non-government owned land of any state. That is why it is the most prosperous and free of the states( no Texas state income tax etc.). government owning land is socialism. the media hides that the government owns more than a third of the land in the USA.Look at all the non-government land in Texas:

Here is a solution to get the Feds and ultimately the greedy banksters to back off - all Sheriffs refuse to foreclose on any Homeowner. Sheriffs should insist if the Feds/Crooked Poiticians/Banksters continue to go down the unconstitutional path of land grabs in sovereign states, than they (Sheriffs) will no longer foreclose on property owners. Sheriffs could by edict tell all locals to not make mortgage notes but keep local property taxes current and they will be protected and live in their home in Peace and free from any harassment from the Feds and banksters.

I said yesterday in a post about this, I expected Attorney General Greg Abbott to be sitting in his wheelchair on the bank of the Red River with his rifle in his lap. He just did that. DON’T MESS WITH TEXAS.

In an exclusive interview with Breitbart Texas, General Abbott said, “This is the latest line of attack by the Obama Administration where it seems like they have a complete disregard for the rule of law in this country ...And now they’ve crossed the line quite literally by coming into the State of Texas and trying to claim Texas land as federal land. And, as the Attorney General of Texas I am not going to allow this.”

BLM Director Neil Kornze

BLM Director Neil Kornze Harry Reid (corrected for all intents and purposes).
No way would Harry's hand picked flunky act on his own.
Would be willing to bet Reid or Reid cronies/Chinese are behind this.
