Got a new mower recently.

Had been using an old 4hp Snapper for like 20 yrs. Until it just crapped out.

This Sears jobbie is sweet. 7.5hp, larger rear wheels, and a long handle ! ! ! yay (I’m 5’18”, 6’6 for those in rio linda). Goes right through the thick st. augustine weeds they call grass down here in SFL.

The Toro has a 30 inch cut and is quite heavy. It needs wider tires and a reverse gear.

You probly also have way more to cut. Small lot here in the burbs of Ft. Lauderdale.

Mine’s all trimming, 2-3hrs trim (weedwack), 20min mow.

I so informed our local Fox Snooze team after they spent hours trumpeting Earth Day, that “the very least they could do is to so inform their readers that the phony “holiday” was created by a convicted of murderer, who murdered his girlfriend, then chopped her up, putting her into a trunk, leaving her to compost!

This is a good day to dump all your toxic wastes — old fuels, paint thinners, industrial solvents, Nancy Pelosi pictures — down a secluded storm drain. Choose one some distance from your house, preferably near a neighbor who has an “Earth Day” sign out front.

I await other responses to my post, though I fear most will bash my remarks along the lines of "what's wrong with bringing up a day set aside to remind us of recycling our trash is a 'responsible' thing to do?"
