The UAW asked the NLRB to invalidate the vote and hold a new one, alleging that workers were improperly influenced by anti-union statements made by Tennessee Republican politicians and outside interest groups in the days leading up to the election. "Improperly influenced"? Sounds like union-speak for: "these poor working guys don't really know whats good for 'em..."
Opposing opinion is always anathema to the left.

Unions filing losing law suits makes them much weaker financially; they want to save their money so they can throw it away, in the coming elections; supporting loser Democrats.
