Never try to rebuild or start a business in the ghetto. It makes the locals very angry and envious. First, it is their ghetto. They like it just the way it is. Don't try picking up trash or painting...that's “acting white.”

Second, Don't offer goods and services such as small groceries stores. It will be seen as reflecting poorly on the natives, since they can't seem to start anything viable and profitable. Plus you are “taking money out of the community” that would otherwise be going to a local drug dealer or pimp.
