No No No. What deteriorates birth rates is the relentless slaughter of babies by mommy and baby killing accomplices. 55 Million!! This puts the jewish slaughter of 6 million and the Ukrainian slaughter of farmer of 11 milli8on in the shade— just in our country.

How about the Great Recession of 2009 to a date to be determined?

The recession makes it worse, but we will continue having very low birth rates for at least ten years, if not a generation. Those graduating high school and college and going to the work force are finding it very tough to get jobs. Those out of college have enourmous debts. Both of these factors cut down on home buying and family formation. Then there is just the fact that the overall trend in developed nations and high population density areas is to have less children.

The ruling class will push immigration to fix this, but that isn't the answer. Immigration will slow down, and immigrants will have the same birth rates as natives do.

Most don't get it about younger people not having kids.

People who sell things like homes, new furniture, loans, new cars, boats and home additions are going to be in for a big shock as they see less and less buyers.

What's a baby cost to deliver? What about all the other followup heath issues? Anyone seen the price of food and gas?

Like in old America, it took good secure long term jobs, and good health benefits to raise families, have babies, buy homes, cars, etc.

Babies turn into immediate consumers and have lots of needs.. On top of a mortgage, car payments, insurance, food, clothing, huge insurance cost, repairs, utility costs....People have been squeezed for years now.

Most younger people in their 20s through 30s simply don't have that kind of money....Most never will.

The Left, which includes the Democrats, denigrates men and the family giving women the false impression of fulfillment absent both. This is the cause of the decline.

Those of the Left are Family Deniers.

A lot of people are having children now because they know that their biological clock is running out fast.

Truly amazing that when the left MSM mentions the recession beginning in 2007, they never provide the information that the Democrats took control of both the House and Senate in the November 2006 elections. ...It’s always blamed on Bush.

One would never know this living in LA’s Los Feliz area. There are so many babies about here that it sometimes prompts me to the “Ratings Game” line of a black performer: “I ain’t never seen so many white people in one place.”

“...although they are increasingly changing residences again, suggesting growing confidence in the economic recovery.”

Or moving to cheaper digs.Or bailing on one place and going to another...
