Killing a family member of the progressive movement is a felony.
Heh! First thousand yard stare on a squirrel that I’ve ever seen.
I read a hundred comments before coming to the photo that says it All,,,
The only Good Squirrel, is a dead one.
——Has this world come to?——
It is not the world, it is Connecticut. That state has shown its self to no longer be America.
Connecticut must be purged from the Union
We’ll played.
Whoa, really!?
Please ping me on any insider updates.
{Stop laughing]
My sympathies.
Can you find out *why* he let the cops search his house? Did they have a warrant?
Juries are made up of 6 or 12 people who do not have the sense to get out of jury duty.
Stupid thing to do - fire a weapon in an area where prohibited - especially when you have weapons they are looking for to turn you into a criminal just for possessing them...
The rifle depicted in the article is a .22 LR M&P rifle. You can tell because each of the magazines has an opening for a slide button that allows you to depress the follower while loading the magazine. I know because I have a S&W .22 LR S&P rifle with the same feature and have looked at other brands, all of which have the same feature. BTW, the Smith is a great little rifle.
I was very careful to explain to those touchy folks in highly urbanized areas (liberal paradiseos), that it can be done safely within a small confined area. Barring they don’t shoot themselves trying to kill the trapped squirrel, a .22lr or pellet should be the best (quick and humane) way to terminate the squirrel.
Yes, your description is more typical. In Texas, we still try to respect property lines and neighbors as much as possible. But there are lot of people (mostly liberals) who are ignorant about guns and have no common sense (or survival instincts). They never see the practical side of how we use our guns to protect our properties from being over run with unwanted varmits.
Notice, I avoided mentioning “rat killing”, no siree won’t go there.
That’s my rifle, just before the Tragic Boating Accident.
Here is the story of what happened. I hate the press for all the slanted news.
“First Connecticut Arrest for Unregistered Assault Rifle?”

He shot the squirrel out of his window with a 22 rifle. And an officer saw him do it?
Then in conversation told the officer he had other rifles?
I am 66, about his age. Hope I am not that brain dead.
I know our local officers, but would never do what he did. Even here is Texas where the guns laws are very friendly.
A bunch of patriots at the pro-gun rally had tag frames that said:
So the idiot thought that a squirrel was worth risking getting put in jail?
