The family of Justina Pelletier will not be allowed to visit their daughter on Easter Sunday. The news comes after attorneys working with her family released a letter Justina reportedly wrote saying she is not being treated well.
Jennifer Pelletier, Justinas oldest sister, alerted supported of Justina on the familys Facebook page: There are 75 young people in the Wayside Youth Facility. 74 of them will be able to spend Easter Sunday with their families. The one who will not is Justina Pelletier!

It is so odd that it would be a relief for them to say something as awful as, “Actually, she’s the carrier of a rare, deadly, and transmissible disease, and we thought we could get away with secretly quarantining her.”
At least then this would make some kind of sense.
As it is, it’s just about the exercise of raw power in an unbelievably stupid demonstration of a government temper tantrum.
Well done. Good for you.
I know the story. I was talking in general terms. Sorry if I wasn’t clear.
And yet the gov. of Mass has time to keep an illegal black radio station on the air in Boston -— since 2007.

I could be wrong, but I think fatnotlazy was not referring to this family specifically. He/she was likely referring to the many parents who leave their kids in the hands of the nanny state-run schools, and daycares.
Where?
.
My deepest apologies. Judging by your comment, I did not realize you understood the Pelletiers disturbing and tragic situation. Their plight, as you already know, has nothing to do with parents leaving their child in the hands of the a government operation.
No problem. I don’t communicate well.
The more time passes with this going on, the more Im beginning to think that theres something about Justina that the state of Massachusetts fears.

They fear she will live to 18 ... if she dies in their care they can control the reports of the medical findings. They’re already way past the point where they would even consider giving the child back.
May God’s Justice be swift.
What a bunch of grim monsters has a grip on this place.
Might not be quick, but it’ll be inexorable. These fiends will curse the days they were born, before this is all over.
What’s your argument?? He (or she) is right.
Oh, he thought you were talking about this set of parents? I didn’t know. I thought you were clear.
Argument? At least fatandlazy and I are square.
I didn’t know how else to put it. No offense intended.
fatandlazy is correct in his/her statement at it pertains to any parent who would grant the government authority to care for their children, and as a result-the government claiming all rights to their children.
This case involving the Pelletier family has absolutely nothing to do with that statement. My heart goes out to them, and especially Justina.

Attorneys with Liberty Counsel filed a writ of habeas corpus Monday demanding that Justina herself be brought before a judge in order to determine whether Judge Joseph Johnston was correct to award permanent custody of the girl to the Department of Children and Families (DCF).
