Documentary filmmaker Dennis Michael Lynch was at the Bundy Ranch front line and has never seen that type of force at the border where drugs and people are routinely smuggled across.
It’s just another example of how goalposts get moved with this bunch.
It is a indication of tyranny when they want to take guns away from the law abiding American but do nothing about the drug traffic and gun running in the gang ridden inner cities. It is the same corrupt politicians who profit from the illegal drug industry that abuse law abiding Americans with their tyranny.
I am very glad they didn’t shoot.
However I am VERY surprised they didn’t start killing. You put that many cops in a situation like this, and they will often start shooting.
I worry that this is only the start.
I’d say the BLM and other LEOs on the scene were the ones at risk of being massacred, and they finally figured it out. They were outgunned and out maneuvered.

They weren’t out gunned or out maneuvered. It was just going to be lousy TV. They will be back and it will be quick and lethal.
This event suggests that the Federal Government and the BLM came to Nevada looking for trouble and were seriously instigating a deadly confrontation with American citizens exercising their First Amendment rights.
After spending a lot of time researching and looking at this “Stand off”. I agree 100%.
They came looking for a fight.

I also believe there is a political motivation behind this.
I believe 0bama would have loved to paint the Ranchers and the Militia as crazy right wing gun nuts that need to be controlled.

These guys are incredibly stupid if they try to impose a fine of that magnitude for a minor dispute against a small private rancher who is working hard trying to make a living.
Talk about over reach and stupid politics
The US Constitution stares that fines and judgements cannot be unreasonable or capricious.
Government agencies such as the EPA have been pushing the envelope of abusing its authority to levy fines and over reach like in this case could seriously backfire and result in a well justified legal and public opinion backlash

For all his talk about tyranny in government, when the time came to stand up between two opposing forces, he did not oppose the federal leviathan but took a very politic neutral ground.
Well, let’s hope he continues to pander to the new demographics he is trying to appeal to, to sell more of his crap to.
There is also video of the brief conversation between a blm agent and a cowboy. The blm wanted two bundys and the cowboy told him to get in his truck an leave, because they were coming in the gate.
Then the cowboys opened the fate and the blm left.
It looked like one of the fed guys was carrying a SKS with either a 20 round or 30 round mag, and a tactical stock. If I am right, why would he have a cheapo gun like that and not an AR platform weapon?

$200 per head of cattle per day. Do the math. Couple decades, give or take a few months.
They knew that if they gave a public number to be stood by, people would donate enough money to stop it, so they upped the ante by a factor of 500X to make sure that doesn’t happen. This is what Bundy has been dealing with for years and years. Every time it looked like he could meet their demands, they just moved the goalposts out.
