Yeah, I guess... but He’s CGI cool...
McQueen was REAL badass cool. He did his own stunts, handled weapons expertly (he was a Marine), and was just all around good at what he did, in a time when CGI didn’t exist.
Another good flick with him AND Sinatra (also old-school cool) is Never So Few, set during WII in the CBI. Worth your time to watch...

In addition to being kicked out of Carnegie Tech (now called Carnegie-Mellon) for riding his motorcycle through the School of Fine Arts!
