S’OK... :-P
Grew up in Ireland loved the car chase scene in the movie..
Came to America wanted a Dodge Charger always thought it was cooler than the Mustang bought a 1970 440 RT fixed it up and drove it for a few years.
Watched the movie so many times that the “Green VW bug pisses me off..
BTW Bill Hickman was in Patton..
“...1970 440 RT...”
One of THE coolest cars ever built.
I didn’t like the body style change in 1971; for me, the Charger of all time is 1968-1970.
RE Patton: What part did he play? I don’t remember him in it. He also did the chase scene in “The Seven Ups” and the
French Connection” too.
Shockingly he was one of Pattons drivers!
Gotta agree on the 68-70 thing best looking cars ever..
Sold it cause wifey said i was gonna kill myself in it now own a Ford Focus ST funnest car i ever had..
Am gonna rent 7 ups dont remember seeing it.
Very, very nice!
Bill Hickman was one another “that guy” that was in many movies, etc.
That green Bug...shoulda been squashed.
Thank you for your Post #14 VRW. THIS IS A BUNCH OF CRAP!!! I will believe this is blowing up in her face when someone besides political junkies in the media, and even here on FRee Republic, get the word that she is running a fake Ad. I live in Texas, a few miles from the Louisiana border and all of my friends in LA say they have not heard a word about this. The GOP just does not have the ‘nads, or enough “smarts”, to take the gloves off and start b**ch slapping our opponents, like the DemocRATS are so good at. This will go quietly into the night.
