Report: FBI Visiting Gun Shops Looking For “People Talking About Big Government”

The FBI is reportedly visiting fun shops looking for people talking about “big government.” InfoWars reported:

FBI counterterrorism agents are visiting gun shops in South Carolina to investigate “suspicious purchases” made by people who talk about “big government,” according to a new report.

Author Brandon Turbeville says he was approached by an individual who works in a Columbia, South Carolina gun shop to relate the story of how an FBI agent entered the store on Monday, showed his credentials, before proceeding to ask a series of stunning questions.

Telling the gun store worker he was tasked with visiting all the firearms outlets in the local area to check on “suspicious purchases” for counterterrorism purposes, the agent then began discussing what in actual fact were “completely normal transactions,” such as, “paying with cash, purchasing long guns, and other similarly innocuous behavior.”

The FBI agent then reportedly made a shocking remark that almost seems too chilling to believe.

“If you see some Middle Eastern guy come in, you don’t have to be so worried about that. What we’re really looking for are people talking about being sovereign such as sovereign citizens or people talking about big government,” the agent reportedly stated.

Before the agent left the store, he handed the employee a flyer which lists paying with cash, buying in bulk, along with other seemingly innocuous behavior as suspicious activity.

Must be hard to grow your business when “new or unknown customer” is an FBI red flag.

Get the Democrat voter list from the area and submit their names for the “suspicious people.” Fill up that database.

The democrat voter list would be the people that would help hide or give aid/comfort to Boston marathon style bombers.

The response to any LEO “investigation” should be:

Officer, I am happy to cooperate. To make sure that I supply the most appropriate response to your questions, please submit them in writing to my attorney. Here is his business card.

The FBI is reportedly visiting fun shops looking for people talking about “big government.”

The FBI always ruins the fun.

But seriously folks...the pile of evidence that government of the people, by the people and for the people is extinct is now a mountain.

The incidents, the methods, the personnel, the agencies, the locations may have minor differences but the theme is unmistakable: the people are not to be trusted and in fact must be actively intimidated and suppressed.

We can debate illegal immigration and the slow poison of Islam but the message could not be more clear: persons actively, knowingly breaking the law and/or fomenting hatred towards their native and/or host country are of no concern to government, as the discontinuation of the New York surveillance project demonstrates.

Meanwhile, in bucolic small towns across a vast heartland we see government buildings (including schools) bristling with the kind of security measures (metal detectors, CCTV, guards) that would make airports and US embassies in dangerous foreign nations envious. Have we all noticed that despite the constant moans about funds to pay for basic services like road paving, government at all levels will spare no expense in protecting itself despite the absence of any credible threat?

It's difficult to know if they have any sense of irony but the very people they persecute are the ones - the only ones - paying their salaries. The social contract has been ripped up and incinerated, replaced by daylight extortion and 'reminder' visits under the rubric of law enforcement with shiny cars, paramilitary gear and those cheesy silkscreened windbreakers.

For the federal minions who read these pages, are you so utterly stupid that you do not see the exquisite irony in this? I know you are paid well for minimal work, so in your free time, brush up on the Okhrana. It was the Czar’s secret police, and perhaps history’s premier example of counter-productivity and unintended consequences. You fedcoats are getting real close to the Okhrana’s level of failure.

To parley your position from largely respected to almost universally loathed in one generation takes a special skill.

There was actually an “undercover” ATF guy in small gun shop I frequent. He had a fanny pack (!?) and wanted to buy “Lots of guns” for his “Friends”.

The owner asked to see his ID, and what agnecy he worked for. I forgot which one it was because we were laughing so hard.

I see ATF agents and CI’s at gun shows all the time. usually very easy to pick out. I had one ATF agent following me around since I was carrying an “exotic” weapon. After few trips around the venue I finally stopped hi and asked if I could help him. He got belligerent and flashed his badge. Funny stuff.

And shades. Agent Smiths must have their shades to do the blank inquisitor stare gimmick. Beautiful post, relictele.
