And then there's the question of judgment and cruel and inhumane punishment, not to mention the appropriate punishment.

Fezilla states the cows are trespassing, then they round them up and are causing some of the cows death, and are prepared to shoot not only cows, but Bundy, his family and all the men women and children there showing support.

Seems to be a mighty big penalty for a little trespassing, and a lot of poor judgment shown in the actions taken so far by BLM(Bureaucrat’s Less Minds.
