The states will not send schlubs off the street, nor even representatives to the convention.

States will send delegates. These agents of the states will have commissions that delineate exactly what they are authorized to do.

For example, here is the summary of Florida's bill, HM609:

Remember the first American convention eliminated the government existing at the time. The delegates to the initial convention were instructed to merely repair the existing Articles of Confederation. As is well known they did not. Commissions and strictures will not control delegates.

Most importantly our current demographics precludes a common core of values, historical views, culture and traditions. It was the Anglo Americans, that created our present Constitution. We Anglo Americans may end up slaves by the time the Third World delegates get done with a "convention."

It is not the time for a convention. A terrible war must come first and then victorious side will write "The Constitution."
