I wasn't able to get riled up about this. It still sounds like the government was within their rights and have even been astoundingly patient with the Bundy's over the last 20-25 years.

It sounds like the government made a mistake and went overkill with the restrictions related to the turtoise, but even that was within their rights.
It sounds like Bundy gave up the legal high ground by not paying the grazing fees, when all the other ranchers did.
It's not clear to me if this came to a head because it had been 25 years or because of Fracking rights or because of Reid's chinese treachery.
The one good thing I see coming out of this is the spotlight on Reid's Chinese sell out.
