Digis is the front. Billed as "a woman owned company". My brother had an account with Mircoserv. They automatically changed his account over to Digis but cut off his internet. He kinda blew it off, had some other things going on. When he noticed they were still pulling $$$ for the autopay but no service he blew a gasket.
I have a coworker that has a cousin that works for Digis. He tells his family he can can't say what he does at work. I told my coworker to tell him he is now in the traitor list.
