We don’t need that many missiles anymore.
They served their purpose.
If Russia and China want to pursue more nuclear arms, let em.
They really can’t afford them and I’m fine with bleeding them dry on technologies that have limited purpose.
There is no way they are going to keep up with us in the arms race but, if they want to be Big Dogs then let em spend money on stuff they’ll never use and really have no use for .....
