Obama Administration To Insurers: There’s No Such Thing As Illegal Immigrants

Oh really?
Can somebody help me out here?
When were all the legally adopted immigration laws repealed? Superseded?

Can the Executive Department nullify Constitutionally enacted laws?
Since when?

If Obama wants to avoid impeachment (sooner or later) all he has to do is have a Dim-o-crap in the Senate introduce a law repealing existing immigration laws. As long as it's not revenue-related, it's a piece of cake.
Let the process take its course and let's see what shakes out.

Making a imperative sentence doesn't mean squat, in regards of authorizing or repealing functions reserved to Congress (both houses.)

Holder says he has “great discretion” in what laws to enforce or not.

I guess they’re just choosing to not enforce the immigration laws...

“the man of lawlessness” is here, folks.
