BTTT!!!
Is this doesn’t result in at least one person going to PRISON for a very long time, then I think we can officially consider ourselves a banana republic.

Five days after Rep. Cumming's first letter to True the Vote in October 2012, in which he requested information on "training materials used for volunteers," the IRS sent True the Vote another request asking for information on volunteers and training.I am impressed. Until I read this I sincerely doubted that Rep. Cumming could actually write.

Rep. Darrell Issa, head of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, sent a letter today to ranking member Rep. Elijah Cummings in which he accuses Cummings of working to "obstruct the investigation" into IRS misbehaviorSometimes I think these people waste a lot of time writing letters. Why not just get in his face, like that Texan did to Holder. After all, they are both on the same committee. Does Issa actually expect an answer to his letter?

Eject Cummings from the the House Oversight Committee.
Then call him, under oath, to testify before that Committee.
Then send him to prison.

Democrats wanted to impeach Nixon for less.
Which Democrat wanted to know the individuals associated with Conservative groups, the reading material, the prayers and the website admin password of Conservative groups???
And which Democrat wanted the names of individuals who donated to Natl Org for Marriage released to the gay rights group???
Republicans can wipe the floor with Democrats if they stopped attacking Conservatives cause this is worse than Bill Clinton lying to a Court!

I believe that by sending him a letter it goes into the congressional record. Establishing a paper trail is a very important part of building a criminal case.

Don’t jump the gun or the conclusion——the part I’m seeing so far indicates his staff was doing the actual writing. True to form Cummings is just mouth-shooting, a form of exercise he’s expert at.

Let’s hope that this story gets traction and will be discussed on the weekend talk shows.
It will be interesting to see how the Obama media reacts to this story.

However, our side has had lots of chances to "handle the timing" of things in the past, and squandered the opportunity.

It will be interesting to see how the Obama media reacts to this story. Ignore ignore ignore.
Jay Carney will take a question on the subject from a fringe publication and say "it's old news."
Then the Obama media will go back to ignore, ignore, ignore.

Does this open the door for Truth the Vote to take legal action against Cummings?
The origin of the questions specific to the organization can be traced back to Cummings. He can not suggest that his actions were those of a legislative nature. This means the IRS targeted them was due to a political nature. Could this be the grounds necessary for Truth the Vote to step up against IRS and claim they were attacked for political retribution on behalf of Cummings?
