Don’t jump the gun or the conclusion——the part I’m seeing so far indicates his staff was doing the actual writing. True to form Cummings is just mouth-shooting, a form of exercise he’s expert at.
He’s the one that’s names in the Formal Ethics Complaint. Not like that means he won’t walk away from that too. Or blame his staff.
